County schools honor 75 retirees

Wayne County Public Schools recently recognized 75 retirees from the district, who collectively amassed 1,725 years in the education profession.
The 2015-2016 retirement ceremony was held at Lane Tree Golf Club and Conference Center.
Board of Education members Arnold Flowers and Rick Pridgen presented each retiree with a plaque and thanked them for their faithful service to the district.
Honorees included the following, with years of service in parentheses.
