Moviendo America (Moving America) is the newest club to be formed in the Extension and Community Association in Wayne County.
Club members are planning a fundraiser to provide supplies for students in the Wayne County Public Schools.
The club's first "Move and Sweat" party featuring zumba and other aerobic exercise styles will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, at the Wayne Center, 208 West Chestnut St.
Admission is $5 for adults, $2 for children ages 4 to 10, and children under 4 are free.
Donations will be accepted and tickets are currently being sold. For more information, contact Edna Gambella at 919-394-6510.
The ECA is known for the many community service projects it performs throughout the county.
Last year ECA members gave more than 11,000 hours in community service to the citizens of Wayne County.
