Two suspects arrested in murder

Additional arrests were announced today in the ongoing murder investigation into a deadly double shooting in Dudley Jan. 9.
One suspect remains at large.
According to a Wayne County Sheriff's Office press release, two people are now charged with murder and two others are charged with robbery in connection with the shooting.
"I would like to compliment and thank the detectives that worked so diligently on this case," Sheriff Larry Pierce said. "They worked with a steady resolve to solve this case and proved that they could and would."
Darius Lamar Chestnut, 35, 907 N. Carolina St., turned himself in Monday to Det. Lt. Shawn Harris and Det. Sgt. Larry N. Mitchell at the sheriff's annex.
Jerry Aundrey Parks, 41, 912 N. John St., was served with arrest warrants Tuesday while in the Wayne County Jail on unrelated charges.
Chestnut is charged for his role in the armed robbery that resulted in the fatal shooting at 159 Sleepy Creek Road in Dudley.
Parks is charged with murder.
According to the report, deputies responded to a call of a person being shot at that address and found Carlos Cesar Vasquez Luna, 47, deceased on a arrival. Alfredo Garcias, 25, was also critically wounded in the incident and spent several days in intensive care at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
On Jan. 13, Jannele Lee Howard Hall, 35, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, attempted armed robbery and first-degree burglary.
Five days later, Montrell Demontrio Allen, 41, 104 Jessica Place, turned himself in to deputies and was charged with first-degree burglary and two counts of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Chestnut is now charged with the same crimes as Allen, and Parks faces the same charges as Ms. Hall.
Chestnut and Allen were both given secured bonds of $300,000 secured, while Parks and Ms. Hall are being held without bond.
A fifth suspect, Reynaldo Billy Hamm, 44, 912 N. John St., is wanted on first-degree murder charges, as well as one count each of attempted first-degree murder and first-degree burglary and two counts of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
