SPX workers injured, two feared dead

Wayne County Sheriff's deputies and rescue crews at the SPX Transformer Solutions, Inc. plant located at 2701 U.S. 117 are working to recover three employees who fell into a transformer and become unresponsive. Officials say two are feared dead, but the status of each victim has yet to be confirmed as rescue workers are still trying to retrieve the victims from the transformer.
