Owen Jackson passes supplies to Charles Alford from a truck this morning as the Shriners prepare for their annual fish fry behind the Herman Park Center. Plates are available today for lunch until 2 p.m. and then later for dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. An additional drive-through only location will be open in Mount Olive on N.C. 55 West next to Roberts Machine Shop. Proceeds from the sale of the fish plates will go to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
