No one injured in bus wreck

No injuries were reported this morning after a wreck involving a Wayne County Public Schools bus carrying 29 students headed to Tommy's Road Elementary School and another vehicle.
The wreck happened at approximately 8 a.m. on Chafin Road in a residential neighborhood off of Cuyler Best Road.
"No injuries were reported. The students were picked up by another bus and brought to school," Wayne County Public Schools communications director Ken Derksen said.
Goldsboro police and Wayne County EMS responded to the scene, however, no one was transported to the hospital, he said. Patrol officers at the scene took a report but information regarding the cause of the wreck and potential charges had not been released by press time.
