Sid's Showgirls on William Street is currently under investigation after a series of shootings outside the club.
One man is in custody and another remains unidentified in an ongoing investigation into a shooting last month at a local strip club that left two people injured.
A patron and an employee were both wounded by shots fired in the parking lot of Sid's Showgirls at 1731 N. William St., on July 10.
The club now faces revocation of its ABC permits, pending a potential hearing should the club's owners request one.
A joint investigation conducted by the Goldsboro Police Department, the state Alcohol Law Enforcement and Wayne County ABC Enforcement led to the suspect's capture in Raleigh on Friday.
Joshua Hassan Brooks, 24, of Clayton, is charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder. Additional charges stemming from outstanding warrants served on Brooks at the time of his arrest include DWI and attempted safe cracking, and a probation violation out of Johnston County.
Brooks has since been brought to back to Goldsboro and is currently being held in the Wayne County Jail under a $551,000 secured bond.
"There were actually two gunmen on the video," Wayne ABC Enforcement Chief Joseph Sadler said. "The video showed two gunmen that were discharging firearms. One of them was positively identified and is also wanted in Johnston County. The other I don't think they have identified yet," he said.
According to a press release issued by the Goldsboro Police Department Tuesday, Brooks was arrested by Raleigh police officers at 1703-C Curtis Drive in Raleigh without incident.
Brooks and another man allegedly opened fire in the parking lot of Sid's, striking two men -- Walter Sutton and Kelvin Lance -- both of whom required treatment at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Sadler later imposed a summary judgment asking the N.C. Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in Raleigh to revoke the business' alcohol permits, citing the most recent shooting and a list of prior acts of violence at the establishment.
State ABC Commission public affairs director Agnes Stevens confirmed via email that the ABC commission has ruled that Sid's is no longer suitable to hold permits.
Documents obtained from the commission show Sid's ownership group -- Paul Tyler IV, Enterprises, has been notified of the commission's ruling.
The notice cites drugs and violence as grounds for revocation of the club's permits.
"The location occupied by the permittee is no longer suitable to hold ABC permits and/or the operation of the business with an ABC permit at the location is detrimental to the neighborhood due to acts of violence (shootings, stabbings, fights, assaults, kidnapping, robbery, assault on a law enforcement officer,)" the notice said.
Mrs. Stevens said the club owners will have an opportunity to respond.
"The business representatives have until Aug. 26 to decide if they want to surrender their ABC permits or have a hearing by an administrative law judge," Mrs. Stevens said.
