*Signficant impact on the overall betterment of the area.

*Considered part of the foundation of the area.

*Could be involved in business, education, government, etc.

The application can be downloaded online at www.waynecountychamber.com under the News and Information tab.

The award has been given since 1996. This year it will be presented at the 2016 Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet on Jan. 28. The recipient's name will be placed on a plaque and inserted into the ground at the Cornerstone Commons downtown.
