Walstonburg 'Proud to be an American Day' to be held April 18

WALSTONBURG -- Walstonburg is having its seventh annual "Proud to be an American Day" celebration on Saturday, April 18.
The event will take place at the American Legion Building at 102 S. Main St. in Walstonburg.
The event is designed to honor veterans, military and fallen heroes. All branches of service are invited. Activities begin at 10 a.m. and go through 5 p.m., with The Mikele Buck Band playing from 2-5 p.m.
