A Goldsboro woman sustained minor injuries when a fight that broke out in the men's room of Cook-Out spilled out into the lobby Friday night.
According to a Goldsboro police report, Karie Barnett, 25, suffered injuries to her arm when knocked from her seat during the fight.
She declined EMS, the report said.
Two of the men involved in the fight remained on scene until police arrived.
Jeremiah Herman, 20, and Robert Williams, 27, told police they were attacked by a man name Trimane Boone.
Boone was allegedly sent by Deshawn Oats, of 502 Boxwood Lane to "do them harm," the report said.
According to the report, Herman and Williams used to live with Oats and Boone, but were recently made to leave and had some type of dispute.
The two men declined to press charges.
