Wine tasting benefit set for Nov. 15

The 20th annual Benefit Tasting of Wines will be held Saturday, Nov. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Goldsboro Country Club.
The event is a fundraiser for the Arts Council of Wayne County.
There are usually more than 90 wines to taste, said Arts Council director Sarah Merritt. And the vendors are on hand to answer questions about wines.
There will also be a silent auction of wines, wine-related items and art.
Sponsoring the Benefit Tasting of Wines is the HealtHabit.
Tickets are $35 in advance at the Arts Council or HealtHabit and $40 at the door.
