Sheriff's Office charges three in break-in

A Wayne County Sheriff's Office investigation into a residential break-in in Dudley July 17 resulted in three being charged Tuesday, a man and two juveniles.
Shameek Johnson, 19, of Burgaw, is charged with breaking and entering and has been placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $10,000 secured bond.
The juvenile's names are being withheld due to their age.
According to a press release, witness descriptions of the suspects enabled investigators to identify those involved. A series of interviews resulted in their being charged.
The investigation is ongoing and further arrests are forthcoming.
