One-truck crash

A single vehicle wreck at the railroad crossing on Rosewood Road blocked traffic in both directions early this morning. The driver of this Ford F-150, Michael Moore, 24, of 305 Trappers Wood Drive, ran off the roadway as he approached the railroad crossing and struck the crossing arm, causing his truck to flip over. He managed to crawl out of the passenger side window and was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital by Wayne County emergency services. He was charged with driving while impaired, according to the state Highway Patrol.
