The investigation is ongoing and more charges are pending against three people charged in a series of Wayne County and Goldsboro robberies, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Saturday.

Ashley Renee Briggs, 24, and Jeffery Allen Briggs, 22, both of 412 Birch Drive in Goldsboro, are charged in the robberies along with Christopher Andrew Tyndall, 22, of 467 C Bugshop Road in Princeton.

Mrs. Briggs is charged with felony larceny and is being held in the Wayne County Jail under a $5,000 secured bond.

Jeffery Briggs and Tyndall are both charged with one count each of felony larceny, felony possession of stolen goods, and felony obtaining property by false pretense.

Briggs' bond has been set at $12,000 secured, and Tyndall's bond is set at $9,000 secured.

According to a press release issued by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, a resident of South Beston Road reported more than $2,100 in property stolen from under a shelter June 25. The property consisted of batteries and tools.

A second robbery, July 1, took place at a residence along Emmaus Church Road. A truck radiator worth $2,500 was reported stolen.

The press release said that information obtained Thursday led investigators to the suspects.

Briggs and Tyndall were found to be responsible for stealing and selling the truck radiator, according to the release.

Information gathered in the investigation also tied Mrs. Briggs to the South Beston Road robbery. A search warrant executed on Briggs' home resulted in the recovery of some of the stolen tools.

Another break-in in Wayne County and one in Goldsboro were solved during the investigation. Additional charges are pending.
