Man charged in Fox Drive shooting

Wayne County Sheriff's Office investigators looking into a shooting that took place along Fox Drive in southern Wayne County Monday have made an arrest.
Alphonso Demond Campbell, 23, 200 George Farm Drive, is charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle.
He has been placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $50,000 secured bond.
Patrol deputies responded to the scene of the shooting at 10:10 p.m. Monday, according to a press release.
No one was injured.
The investigative division assumed the investigation and worked through the night, establishing Campbell as the suspected shooter, the report said.
Campbell was taken into custody without incident Tuesday.
He is scheduled to appear in Wayne County District Court today.
