On May 13, at approximately 11:30 p.m., the Goldsboro Police Department responded to a shots fired call at 101 Ervin Drive where they located 42-year-old Doral Best deceased from gunshot wound.
On May 21 at approximately 6 p.m., the Goldsboro Police Department responded to a shots fired call in the 300 block of South Herman Street. Once on scene, Officers located 20-old Corey Ramon Best, Jr., 20, was the victim of a gunshot wound while he was a passenger in a blue Jeep.
On May 24, at approximately 3:15 a.m., 22-year-old Dontreal Lewis reported being shot while standing in the apartment parking lot located at 310 S. William St.
