Man, 19, charged in break-in, rape

Goldsboro police arrested a man they say committed a break-in and forcible rape of a 13-year-old girl back in October 2013.
The incident was first reported to police in January.
Walter Phillip Coley, 19, 426 Piedmont Airline Road, is charged with second-degree rape, first-degree burglary and first-degree kidnapping.
Police developed Coley as a suspect throughout the course of their investigation.
Officers with the police department's warrants division arrested Coley at the Day Reporting Center Wednesday afternoon.
He is being held in the Wayne County Jail under a $150,000 secured bond.
