Broadhurst walked to the Wayne County Magistrate's Office after the assault to file a report. The report did not indicate any charges against the girlfriend. Broadhurst, however, was in Tuesday's public record as having been charged Monday with second-degree trespassing and destruction of property. He was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond. It was not clear whether the two cases are related.
