On May 20, a resident of Atlanta, Ga., reported that although they physically had possession of their credit card, unknown people were able to gain access to the card's information and physically swipe a credit card in the Target Store at 1204 Sunburst Drive, buying several items.
This exchange took place on May 13 at approximately 7:20 p.m. The suspects may have connections to the Georgia area.
