The court-martial for a Seymour Johnson Air Force Base technical sergeant charged with seven offenses, including two counts of rape, is set to begin Monday morning on the Goldsboro installation.

Floyd M. Jeter, an F-15E Strike Eagle maintainer, has been charged with making false official statements, destroying or damaging non-military property, rape using force, rape causing grievous bodily harm, assault consummated by battery, kidnapping and obstructing justice.

Sources close to the investigation said there are two victims.
