Seven up for Mister and Miss Goldsboro High School on Saturday

Goldsboro High School will hold its Mister and Miss Goldsboro High School Pageant on Saturday, April 20, at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. The door opens at 5:30 pm. Tickets are available at the door for $5.
There are seven contestants this year.
•Kristen Kornegay, a junior and the daughter of Sarah Kornegay, will be singing.
•Re'Kanese McKinney, a sophomore, daughter of Lakeshia McKinney, will have basketball as her talent.
•Bakari Hamilton, a junior and son of Shartia McCarter, is a junior whose talent is singing.
•Neysa Wellington, daughter of Georgette and Morris Artis and a sophomore, will perform a liturgical dance.
•Tyree Hooks, son of Taishon Hooks, is a junior and will recite a poem.
•Chandler Evans, a junior, is the son of Crystal Daniels and will sing.
•Ashley Lewis, junior, is the daughter of Brenda and Shawn Lewis, will be singing.
