One of two suspects arrested in armed robbery

The Goldsboro Police Department has arrested one of two men suspected in Friday's armed robbery at Donel's Express Mart.
Johnathan Maurice Waters, 22, surrendered voluntarily at the Goldsboro Police Department on Monday where he was being questioned after he was developed as a suspect through the course of an investigation into the convenience store hold-up at 518 E. Elm St.
Waters has been charged with two felonies, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit armed robbery. He is currently being held under a $50,000 secured bond.
