Police investigating shooting

Goldsboro lawmen investigate a shooting late Friday morning. One person was taken to the hospital with an apparent gunshot wound, but investigators are unsure when and where he was shot.
Goldsboro Police are at Lighthouse Food Mart on Herman Street, investigating a possible shooting. According to information from the scene, a man was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital with an apparent gunshot wound. It is unclear at this time if he was shot at the convenience store or elsewhere and drove himself there. See Sunday's News-Argus for more information.
