Jet noise will increase

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base's fleet of F-15E Strike Eagles will be flying low -- and making more noise than normal -- late into the evening for the next several days, as the 4th Fighter Wing conducts an operational readiness exercise through Thursday.
Local residents can also expect to hear loudspeaker announcements throughout the day and experience entry and exit delays.
