Cindy Sugg looks at Norwayne Middle School student David Williamson's first-place winning science presentation, "No Power Cords," during the Wayne County Public Schools Science Fair held at Greenwood Middle School on Saturday. Williamson won first place for the technology and engineering in grades 6-8. Williamson has won first place three times at the science fair beginning in his sixth-grade year.
