Taylor McGill, dressed as Santa, listens as Eastern Wayne High School student Beth Sanders tells him what she wants for Christmas during the DECA Life Skills Winter Dance recently at Herman Park Center. Eighty special populations students from middle and high schools around Wayne County attended the second annual event. McGill started the dance last year as part of his graduation project at Rosewood High School because funds for the Life Skills program had been cut and it would give students a chance to have a dance of their own.
