Murder victim's body found in street

The body of a Dudley man was found in the middle of a county road late last night.
Wayne County Sheriff's deputies found Justin Travis Lancaster, 25, of 117 Moore Allen St., Dudley, lying in the center of Linen Lane Wednesday after 11 p.m.
Lancaster's car was parked near the area where he was found, but no further details have been released.
Lancaster is suspected to have been killed by gunfire, but the cause of death cannot be determined until the body is examined at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Chapel Hill.
