Theft at auto shop
Billy Holland, owner of Holland Auto Parts, reported the theft of oxygen and acetylene tanks from his business, located at 2063 U.S. 117 S. The theft occurred between 8 p.m. Monday and 8:15 a.m. Tuesday, with the items appearing to have been carried out by a suspect(s) who used a vehicle to push open a secured gate to gain entry. The total value of the 11 stolen tanks was reported at more than $3,000.
