Powerhockey tryouts Saturday

Open tryouts for the Carolina Fury Powerhockey team will be held 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Charles B. Aycock High School. This year's team plans to travel to Ottawa, Canada, to compete for the Powerhockey Cup, said the group's founder, Jonathan Greeson.
