Mount Olive fire

The former CP&L building at 1002 W. Main St. Extension in Mount Olive burned in a fire shortly after midnight this morning.
Mount Olive Volunteer Fire Department received a call at 12:38 a.m. of the working fire.
The building is believed to have been used by a farmer as a warehouse, fire officials said.
It is not clear if anyone was in the structure when the fire began.
The cause of fire is under investigation, officials say.
No one was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital for injuries.
Volunteer fire stations from Dudley and Calypso also responded.
All units cleared the scene by 3:42 a.m.
