Man shot in leg
A 44-year-old Goldsboro man was shot multiple times in his upper leg around 1 a.m. this morning.
Goldsboro police responded to the shooting of Tyrone Lee Hicklin in the 400 block of North Kornegay Street, where he said he was shot with a firearm by a known 31-year-old Goldsboro man at 113 N. Slocumb St.
An arrest has not been made, police said, but a suspect has been identified.
The investigation is continuing.
Hicklin was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released.
