Good time gone bad
A 51-year-old Pikeville man was beaten in his Lancaster Road home with a tire iron and robbed of $3,000, according to a report filed with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, after arranging a private dance with a female employee from Sid's Showgirls on North William Street.
The female dancer arrived at the man's home with two men who were armed with the tire tool and a chrome 1911 .45 handgun.
According to the report, the victim was beaten after refusing to hand over his money.
