Band of Oz Center Jam not rescheduled

The June 16 Center Street Jam featuring the Band of Oz will not be rescheduled, Lara Landers of the Downtown Goldsboro Development Corp. said Friday.
The band couldn't work out a make-up date to fit into the bi-weekly concert series' schedule. Jams are held every other Thursday during the summer on Center Street. The June 16 concert was canceled due to the threat of inclement weather.
The Band of Oz was booked up and couldn't make another trip to Goldsboro until October, well after the Jam's final concert Aug. 11.
