Real estate agent Jenifer Williford surrendered her license following accusations that she altered receipts for property repairs.
Janet Thoren, assistant director of legal services at the state Real Estate Commission, said Mrs. Williford acknowledged that she altered one receipt, falsely representing the condition of a property as satisfactory even though it needed further inspection.
Mrs. Williford denied other charges of altering receipts, but agreed to surrender her license for three years.
She can apply to reinstate her license after her suspension.
