An employee of NextCare at 212 N. Spence Ave. reported a series of prescription medication frauds to Goldsboro police Friday.

According to the report, a patient forged three prescriptions between March 22 and May 24 to obtain more than 1,100 oxycodone pills. The patient had changed two prescriptions to obtain the controlled substance and altered a third to get more than a doctor had originally prescribed.
