Man charged with sexual assault
Josan Walker, 33, of Hugh Street, was charged by the Goldsboro police Tuesday with attempted second-degree rape, interfering with emergency communications and assault on a female.
The alleged victim filed allegations that she was assaulted by Walker in the restroom of her home in April. According a police report, Walker was an acquaintance of the victim.
Walker has been arrested and placed under an $85,000 secured bond.
