The Eastern Wayne High School Marching Band leads the Hal Plonk Disability Awareness Walk, which was held Wednesday despite unpredictable showers. People with disabilities paraded the five blocks to bring awareness to the plight of handicapped individuals in Goldsboro and Wayne County.
