Indictments released by Grand Jury

The Wayne County Grand Jury handed down 103 true bills in April.
Of the true bills, 62 individuals were indicted, including nine habitual felons.
Of the charges, 96 were theft, burglary- or fraud-related; 45 were drug-related; and at least 19 were firearm-related.
Those indicted include:
• Trayviar Shawntwan King, 20, Hideaway Circle, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
• Isaiah Jacobs, 18, West Pine Street, discharging a firearm into occupied property, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
• Tayvon James Hawkins, 19, Stevens Street, discharging a firearm into a conveyance in motion, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
• Ronald Bruce Wood, 47, N.C. 222 West, operating a vehicle to elude arrest, driving while impaired, resisting, obstructing and delaying a law enforcement officer.
• Kari Nicole Evans, 24, West Oak Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, keeping and maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Kahida Sharita Lewis, 24, Lennox Place, Raleigh, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Brian Smith, 19, Orchard Street, larceny, possession of stolen goods.
• Takel Marquis Miller, 18, Day Circle, two counts of breaking and entering, two counts of larceny after breaking and entering, two counts possession of stolen goods, attempted breaking and entering.
• Rodney L. Lewis, 16, Woodrow Street, two counts of attempted breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods.
• Daniel Lee Wade Jr., 16, Larchmont Circle, attempted breaking and entering, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods.
• Rene Omar Luna, 20, William Street, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods, financial transaction card theft, financial card fraud.
• Timeko Lashena Leech, 34, Slocumb Street, Mount Olive, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, keeping and maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Darryl Williams, 31, Slaughter Street, possession of a controlled substance, keeping and maintaining a motor vehicle for the use of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Javon Thomas Young, 28, Isler Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance.
• Gary James Brown, 47, streets of North Carolina, forgery, uttering, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods.
• Elizabeth Kay Penny, 24, West Spring Street, Seven Springs, financial identity fraud, financial transaction card fraud.
• James Ray Bradenburg, 23, Bob-o-link Lane, Fremont, two counts of financial transaction card theft, two counts of financial transaction card fraud.
• Abihu Mibsar Velazquez, 20, Delaney Place, Dudley, financial identity fraud.
• Stacie Harrell Kroll, 34, Barnwell Road, Dudley, obtaining property by means of false pretense, financial identity fraud.
• John Curtis Nick, 48, Hines Drive, two counts armed robbery, two counts of second degree kidnapping, habitual felon.
• Patrick Borders, 61, Brookside Way, Pikeville, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods, habitual felon.
• William Benjamin Davis, 35, Hinnant Road, Pikeville, larceny, possession of stolen goods.
• Kent Peter Larsen, 74, Daughtry Lane, Pikeville, two counts of insurance fraud, burning personal property.
• Arraqib Ahad Hardy, 19, South Clairborne Street, possession of stolen goods, receiving stolen goods.
• Brittany Catriece Bell, 21, Paris Villa Drive, Selma, larceny from merchant, shoplifting - concealment of merchandise.
• Jose Soto Martinez, 35, Sunnyslope Road, Dudley, felony driving while impaired, misdemeanor driving while license revoked.
• Donzel Crawford, 19, Weaver Drive, possession of stolen goods, accessory after the fact to breaking and entering, resisting public officer.
• Cody Andrew Schulz, 19, East Elm Street, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, assault on a law enforcement officer inflicting serious injury, two counts of resisting public officer, consumption of wine, liquor, or malt beverage by person 19 years of age.
• Nathan Hales McDuffie, 27, North Lionel Street, possession of stolen firearm, two counts of resisting, obstructing and delaying a law enforcement officer, no operator's license, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
• Dominique Maurice Brown, 23, Central Heights Road, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
• Megan Elizabeth Rose, 30, Sedgfield Drive, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor possession, forgery.
•Brandon Newson, 20, Booker Street, Pikeville, felony speeding to elude arrest, speeding, careless and reckless driving.
• Michael Ray Oates, 21, South Lincoln Drive, Dudley, trafficking in opium (dihydrocodeinone) by selling, trafficking in opium (dihydrocodeinone) by delivering, trafficking in opium (dihydrocodeinone) by possession.
• Mikail Gaines, 34, East Maple Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, keeping and maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, habitual felon.
• Shirley Louise Gooding, 50, Pou Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, keeping and maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
• Ernest Nakiea Burton, 35, South Andrews Avenue, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a drug paraphernalia, habitual felon.
• Donnie Dean Cox Jr., 25, Wayne Memorial Drive, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor possession.
