Alleged Pa. murderer found in Wayne County
Randy John Suber Jr., 30, of Cadel Lane, was taken into custody by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office on a charge of fugitive warrant first-degree murder.
Officials with the Wayne County Sheriff's Office received a report Tuesday of Suber being wanted in connection with a murder in Chester County, Pa.
Suber was granted no bond and his extradition is pending.
Andy's eatery employee robbed at gunpoint
Andy's Burgers on N.C. 111 South was robbed Monday shortly after 10 p.m. as a 20-year-old man closed for the night.
According to the report, a suspect came from beside the building, put the employee in a choke hold, put a gun to his head and demanded money. The victim handed over an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect fled on foot.
