Cherry Hospital faces sanction

Officials from the federal Centers for Medicaid and Medicare were on the campus of Cherry Hospital this week to investigate an incident involving an adolescent who left the campus without authorization in March. As a result, the state psychiatric facility has been verbally notified that a finding of immediate jeopardy will be recommended. See Sunday's News-Argus for more information.
