Wayne County Public Library's "Toddler Time" invites children and parents to listen to stories, do a little dance and enjoy a craft. The 9:30 a.m. event is held almost every Wednesday morning. Library Assistant Sharon Guthrie read and led dances Wednesday morning for little folks and their parents. Gage Lewis, 3, gets close enough to take a good look at the pictures during storytime.
