Remembering the meaning of Christmas

Churches all across Wayne County are holding Christmas cantatas, pageants and special services as they seek to remind their congregations and others about the true "reason for the season" -- the birth of Christ Jesus in a manger in Bethlehem, more than 2,000 years ago.
On Sunday, St. John Original Free Will Baptist Church, Stoney Creek Free Will Baptist Church, St. Marks Church, First African Baptist Church and Mount Carmel United Methodist Church held their Christmas celebrations.
