Grand jury returns indictments

The Wayne County Grand Jury has indicted a man for allegedly committing a first-degree sex offense.
Henry Tyron Randolph, 31, of West New Hope Road, was also charged by Goldsboro police with taking indecent liberties with a minor and committing lewd and lascivious acts. The charges were filed May 8.
Randolph was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $1 million bond.
The jury returned 76 true bills of indictments this month.
Other indictments include:

* Al Jerome Dunn, 35, Royall Avenue, trafficking in cocaine by possession, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, keeping and maintaining a dwelling for the use of controlled substances.
* Demetrius Montray Kornegay, 26, Hare Road, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, littering, operating a motor vehicle to elude arrest.
* Octavius Artis, 34, Woodside Circle, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, habitual felon, resisting public officer.
* James Ray Moses, Jr., 38, East Elm Street, first degree burglary, second degree kidnap, misdemeanor assault on a female.
* Malcolm Jammal Russell, 17, Day Circle, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting public officer.
* Travis Devon Graham, 24, North Alabama Street, financial transaction card theft, misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud, misdemeanor larceny.
* Valdez Whitmore, 45, Stronach Avenue, common law robbery with aggravating circumstances.
* Anthony Lamont Lewis, 40, Laurel Street, operating a motor vehicle to elude arrest, habitual felon.
* Sergio Maya Gaiton, 17, Park Avenue, possessing with intent to sell and deliver drugs at or near school by person 21 or older, trafficking in cocaine by possession, trafficking in cocaine by transporting, keeping and maintaining a motor vehicle for the use of controlled substances, conspiracy.
