Structure fire
The Goldsboro Fire Department responded to a structure fire call Wednesday around noon on National Drive.
The fire involved a building behind the home at 702 National Drive. According the the fire report, it's believed a heater was left on and too close to a bed, resulting in the fire. No one was in the structure at the time of the fire and no one was injured during the fire.
There was an estimated $15,000 worth of damage to the structure.
