Envi Ford, 3, plays connect four at the Boys and Girls Club booth Saturday at the fifth annual Born Learning Children's Festival was held at Herman Park. The festival was attended by more than 2,000 people with 40 booths that dealt with child services. Children were able to play at many of the booths while parents learned about services that are available to them. The event was co-sponsored by the United Way of Wayne County and the Partnership for Children of Wayne County.
