Carl Kasell, one of National Public Radio's most trusted voices, talks to the audience at the Kitty Askins fundraising performance Saturday night at the Paramount Theatre. The Goldsboro native was home to emcee "Along the Way: A Homecoming." Proceeds from the event were to help pay for the planned expansion of the hospice center.
