The parade route for this year's Goldsboro Jaycees Christmas Parade has been changed slightly, according to organizers.
The parade will be held Saturday, starting at 4 p.m.
These blocks will be eliminated from the parade route: 100 West Walnut, 100 South James and 100 West Chestnut.
Instead, the parade will proceed straight down the 100 South block of Center Street.
Goldsboro police will be stationed along the eliminated sections to inform spectators of the change in route.
Except for the change listed above, it will still proceed on its regular route.
