Decal to honor local woman lost to cancer

A friend of the family of Tonya Hill Matthews, who died Sunday after battling cancer, is in the fundraising decal business in Hawaii and has created a decal honoring her.
Leisa Snyder said she is donating all of the proceeds from the sale of all the decals to Tonya's family. They cost $10 each.
