Presbyterian Church presents piano concert

Jeremy Thompson will give a concert 7 p.m. Friday in the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church, 1101 E. Ash St. His program will feature works by Haydn, Debussy and Chopin on the church's newly restored Steinway grand piano.
A native of Canada with a doctorate of music in piano performance from McGill University, Thompson is director of music ministries at First Presbyterian. He has performed extensively across North America and Europe.
The concert is free and is open to the public.
