Goldsboro firefighters gather for a moment of silence and prayer in front of Station 1 at 8:46 a.m. today -- the time American Airlines Flight 11, carrying 92 people from Boston to Los Angeles, crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001 -- to honor their brothers and all who perished during the terrorist attacks on the United States.
